Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Overview

By purchasing a subscription from Nostalgic 3D Models, you are subscribing to a monthly digital product service. Each month, subscribers will receive an email on the 1st of the month containing download instructions for that month’s digital model files.

2. Automatic Renewal

Billing Subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st day of each month. Your payment method will be charged on this date unless you cancel prior to the renewal. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date.

3. Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel your subscription before the 1st of the month. Cancellations made on or after the 1st will apply to the following month, and the current month’s charge will not be refunded.

4. No Refund Policy All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds will be issued once the monthly email containing the download instructions has been sent. This policy applies regardless of whether you download or use the files after receipt.

5. Digital Product License

The digital models provided through the subscription are for our friends. Print them as much as your heart desires. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim these digital files as your own.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access to your email. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses or email filters (spam/junk folders).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the subscription after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
